A private estate on the beach with a private pool and every amenity to keep guests comfortable and entertained.
With Los Arcos, you are renting the entire estate with a guesthouse designed for family gatherings and larger groups. The sandy beach of Punta Pescadero on the Sea of Cortez is the ultimate Baja vacation spot. Look down the uninhabited beach, watch the sun rise in the morning and look the other direction to see it set at dusk.
Los Arcos is built on a huge double lot and has a master bedroom suite (king size bed) as well as two separate other suites (two queen beds and a bunk bed) in the main house, each room has a separate full bath and shower. In addition there is a casitas suite attached to the garage with three queen beds and full bath, perfect for the kids or overflow guests.
The separation of the various suites makes this ideal for several families or corporate business retreats. When the temperature heats up, every room has air conditioning and a circulation fan.
There is a huge covered veranda around the entire house where you can always find a quiet spot away from the sun or wind. From the veranda you can descend down to the enclosed beach play area with its fire-pit and covered Palapa. From there just walk over the sand into the warm Sea of Cortez to go snorkeling to look at the tropical fish and coral.
The Punta Pescadero resort is a short walk down the road where you can play horseshoes, rent ATV’s, scuba gear, basketball, a restaurant and a full bar overlooking the water where they make a great margarita.
Linens and towels are all included during your stay. If you want daily cleaning service, a cook, meals delivered, it's all possible. Our property manager, Jose Maria, is around to help you arrange activities, meals, live music and help fulfill all your expectations, be it fishing excursions or other local trips of interest. If you want any meals brought in or cooked at the house, he can supply you with menu from his wife’s restaurant.
Fishing? You can rent a 26' super-panga with captain from Jose Maria. Sierra, Pargo, Rooster fish, Yellowtail Tuna and marlin all frequent this area. Our captains have grown up fishing in this area, no one knows it better!
ATV’s? You can rent and get them delivered to the house from Sergios ATV rentals. Both Quads and Razors are available for rent and there are tons of trails and roads to explore. If you are a fisherman, an ATV gives you a huge advantage in chasing down those rooster fish. During turtle nesting season, please don't ride on the beach!
Mountain Biking? Bikes are available from Punta Pescadero or Las Barriles where they have guided tours and will transport you to the top of the track by van for a wild ride down some of the best bike trails in Baja.
Paddle Boarding? We have 2 paddle boards at the house for our guests.
Kayaking? We have 2 kayaks at Los Arcos and the secluded beach gives you perfect starting point for your ocean adventures. Paddling among dolphins and manta rays is a great way to start the day.
Movies? Los Arcos has a dedicated DSL-internet connection as an extensive collection of 300 DVD movies, NetFlix and a stereo system.
Kiteboarding? There is a great windsurfing and kiteboarding school nearby for beginners and experts enjoy the constant ocean breeze during the season.
Pickle-ball? There is a new pickle-ball resort just a few minutes drive with classes and equipment for rent. It's a great way to keep the kids (and Adults) entertained and exercised. They also have one of the best restaurants in the area.
Scuba Diving? Check out the world famous Cabo Pulmo Marine park a short drive away.
Shopping? Plenty of local souvenir and convenience shops in the nearby town of Los Barriles
Restaurants? Steps away to the local resort restaurant, a short drive to several friendly local restaurants that serve fresh fish, lobster and some of the best margaritas in the Baja

This is truly a beautiful place in a beautiful location. The house has plenty of space for everyone, the pool is nice and there is almost no one around so the beach is all yours!

"Perfect Family Vacation"
Planned a family vacation upon my retirement. We needed 4 bedrooms to accommodate 4 separate household groups staying with us and this house was perfect! The descriptions are accurate and nothing is “oversold” on the website. We found that side-by-sides (SxS) were the way to go for local travel and runs into Los Barilles vs rental car. Jose and Armando are super friendly and attentive to any needs you might have (we will miss seeing them). Spencer is always friendly and super responsive if you have questions. For us, the best part of the home was its remote location, the private layout for multiple groups, the pool, the beach palapa, and the covered porch (ok, I listed almost everything). We do like our privacy and this house/location was absolutely perfect. Now that we have returned to the US, our kids have already responded that was the “trip of a lifetime” due to the location we chose. Snorkeling in front of the house was good and there is a great location just beyond the nearby resort. Only saw other people on the beach 2 days out of our 10 day stay. We have been to Cabo several times and much prefer the quieter Sea of Cortez side. Our choice to stay at “Los Arcos” could not have been better for our group of 7. Thanks Spencer, Jose, and Armando!
"PERFECT Family Retreat"
Wow. Cannot say enough amazing things about this beautiful paradise. We've stayed in several rental houses along the Sea of Cortez and I just could not believe the views. They are perfectly framed by the architectural arches that elevate the authentic Mexican design of this massive property.
I found myself outside as much as possible. When I needed to be inside to cook I would open the windows and curtains just so I could continue to enjoy the views. Beautiful swaying hammocks rock with the sea winds. The palms join the waves in an amazing melody of pure bliss.
I paddled out on a SUP to find myself within yards of a whale. Carefully I paddled the opposite direction then enjoyed whale watching the remainder of our stay-and yes, very easy to spot whales from the wrap around outdoor spaces.
This place is perfect for families who want to congregate in large common areas, but have the room to separate at night by having their own space and bathrooms. Even several of the outdoor areas can provide opportunities for several generations to do their own thing.
I could go on forever. Take my word. This house is the destination. You will have the opportunity to order in food through the gracious host, or just walk down to the resort and enjoy the amazing cuisine they have to offer. Shrimp tacos were my favorite.
